Lee is very active in the real estate profession having been past president of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors, Realtor of the year 2001, and the recipient of the State's President's award for the Tennessee Association of Realtors® in 2003 and has served as the Sec/Treasurer of the 22,000 member Tennessee Association of Realtors®.
