Born in a U.S. Cavalry fort in West Texas, I grew up in California.  I am a proud veteran of 12 years with the US Air Force.  I lived in Germany for over 23 years, having been assigned there on active duty and later as a civilian employee of the US Government. Along the way I gained an education and hold the following academic credentials:

Associate’s Degree in Real Estate and Business

Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Studies

Master’s Degree in Management

I am also a certified college faculty lecturer on business subjects as well as an Investment Seminar leader and speaker on matters relating to real estate. I have been an NASD licensed Personal Investment Representative (Stock Broker and Principal owner of a brokerage company). I brokered and managed over $100 Million in real estate assets to include a Hilton hotel, medical office buildings, apartment complexes, strip centers and a marina.

I have been a licensed real estate professional since 1980; I have held broker’s licenses in Utah, Wisconsin, Florida and now Tennessee.  I have owned three and managed four real estate brokerage companies, one of which was the largest independently-owned company in Germany specializing in the brokerage of large investment properties. I have personally brokered approximately $25 Million in residential properties, many of which were purchased by investors for whom I managed the properties.

I was one of five co-founders of a software development company which designed and developed the largest selling Windows-based contact management software for real estate agents.  Many of the large franchise companies now offer a private label version of that application to their agents.

Re/Max Europe contracted with me to go to Germany to market and sell their seven Master Regional Franchises for that country which I accomplished in nine months exceeding their goals for the year.

Most recently I was the State Regional Director and VP of Franchise Sales for EXIT Realty Florida where we sold 20 franchise offices in the first two years of operation.

In summary, I have widely-diversified experience in the business and profession of real state brokerage management and sales.
